Markeisha

Markeisha is an American name for girls. Possibly a fresh and modern take on Marquise, it’s closely related to the French title Marquis, which is accorded to the noblemen and noblewomen in various European peerages. This, in turn, is derived from marchis, and can be translated as “ruler of a border area.” With this name in hand, you get to help your little one set boundaries while also inspiring them to push the envelope a little bit more.
