Ares

A fiery name fit for a warrior, you may recognize Ares as the name of the formidable Greek god of war. This masculine title has been traced back to the Ancient Greek word ἀρή (arē), which means “throng of battle, war,” and “ruin.” Ares was not very popular with his fellow Olympians due to his short temper and undying thirst for strife. However, he did manage to seduce Aphrodite, the goddess of sexual love and beauty, so he must have been doing something right!
