Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Whitney Leavitt Welcomes Baby No. 3
Whitney Leavitt has welcomed another baby boy to the family!
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star and her husband, Conner Leavitt, shared the big news with the world on October 28. “We are most excited about having our family complete. We’ve always wanted three kids, and we’re so happy everyone’s here now," the former MomTok influencer told People.
The couple named their newborn Billy Gene Leavitt, explaining that they chose the gender-neutral moniker before their new arrival’s birth. “We’ve always waited to name our children after meeting them, but with Billy, we fell in love with the name immediately — even before meeting him,” she said. “We loved the gender neutrality in the name since we weren’t finding out the baby’s gender until delivery, which we’ve never done before. The name allowed us to feel connected to the baby without knowing the gender.”
The Leavitts already share 2-year-old son Liam and 4-year-old daughter Sedona, who both “thought they were having a new baby sister,” Leavitt said. “Upon meeting Billy, they were a bit surprised that they actually didn’t get to decide the baby’s gender,” she shared, “But, they’ve warmed up to him quickly and now all they want to do is hold their new baby brother.”
Along with her growing fame from MomTok, Leavitt made waves this year after revealing in an episode of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives that she had baked her positive pregnancy test into a cake that she shared with family and friends. Leavitt confirmed that she and her family “definitely ate the cake,” though she “Cloroxed the heck out of it” before putting it inside.
The Leavitts first announced they were expecting their third child in April. “Very excited to announce that after a lot of hard work, we are finally pregnant,” she captioned a post of herself and Conner dancing with her bump on display in a crop top. The couple got engaged in Hawaii in 2016 and married later that year.
Congratulations to the new family of five.
