While no injuries have been reported, VTech is recalling a total of 317,000 baby products, the CPSC announced yesterday. And two different items are affected.
First, the Lights & Lullabies Travel Mobile, which clamps onto the crib rail, can break and fall, posing an injury risk to an infant. VTech has received six reports of clamps cracking. Look for model numbers 80-503000 (blue) and 80-503050 (pink)—the pink version was sold exclusively on Amazon.
Second, the ear-shaped pieces on the Shake and Sing Elephant can break off, posing a choking hazard. So far, five customers have reported this happening on model number 80-184800.
