This Baby Girl Born on “Twosday” Has an Incredibly Rare Birthday
Judah Grace Spear was born on Tuesday, February 2, 2022—a birthday experts are deeming incredibly rare. Not only is the date a palindrome (the same forwards and backwards), but it also falls on Tuesday, which many are now calling “Twosday.”
According to the National Weather Service, the conditions that brought us “Twosday” won’t align in the same way again until 2422—400 years from now. Making Judah’s birthday even more special? She was born at 2:22 a.m.
The birth occurred at Alamance Regional Medical Center in North Carolina. In a true act of fate, she was delivered in labor and delivery room 2. The center posted about the birth to their social media, explaining that Judah’s birth was a blessing in more ways than one.
“Baby Judah is an answered prayer for her family. Mom Aberli is a Hodgkin’s lymphoma survivor, and the necessary cancer treatments she went through made pregnancy unlikely,” they said. “But the family continued to pray for a little one—and today their prayer was answered! Judah Grace’s name fits her story perfectly. Judah means ‘praise’—and she is a blessing for her family! We are so happy for this sweet family! Happy birthday, Judah Grace!”
