We can also add Tia Mowry to the list. The actress and mom shared a sweet photo breastfeeding her 5-month-old daughter, Cairo Tiahna Hardrict, where she perfectly summed up breastfeeding in three words: “This is love.”

And the internet couldn’t agree more. Parents have flocked to Mowry’s account to praise the mom for her simple but sound description of nursing.
