Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has seen many evolutions throughout his life, from professional wrestler to actor to entrepreneur. But perhaps The Rock’s favorite job is that of “girl dad.” While the 6-foot-5-inch, 260-pound titan may be the villain in a movie or an icon to inspiring bodybuilders to Simone, 21, Jasmine, 7, and Tiana, 4, he’s just dad.

Lucky for us, the Moana actor takes time between sharing workout videos and his latest movie trailers to provide a glimpse into his family life. From makeovers to tutus, tea parties, and more, The Rock’s TikTok and Instagram videos play out as a masterclass in vulnerability, softness and the power of being a giving girl dad. What Starts Off As “Daddy It’ll Just Be A Manicure”

The Black Adam star recently went viral after his latest makeover as Pink Adam. Covered in pink lipstick, with a drawn-on mustache, unibrow and “eyeliner,” Jasmine and Tiana tell their dad that he’s “a girl now” and frantically yell that he needs a BEAUTY BLENDER. Detailing his new makeover in the caption, he simply notes, “Hey, there will be a time down the road when this stuff won’t matter to them anymore, so sign me up- daddy’s in.”

Tutu Time

Does anything quite say pretty princess quite like a pink tutu? Jasmine just couldn’t wait to spread the love to her dad and see him in the tutu too, but there may have been some minor fit issues, so a tutu crown, plus a tiara, will just have to do.

Workout Buddies

Long hours and a busy schedule can’t keep The Rock from his family. “Flew all night long just to walk thru the door in time for breakfast and “daddy curls” at 7am,” he joked in the caption of a video showing him doing bicep curls with his youngest, Tiana. “Been working all night zombie hours for weeks with little sleep, but man, I walk thru that door, and these little tornados instantly give me fuel. That’s the power (and mana) of our babies.”

A Crowd Surfing Cutie

On the road without his daughters, The Rock still brings big girl dad energy! During his Black Adam movie tour this past fall, a group of fans in Mexico crowd-surfed a baby toward the actor on stage before he swooped up the baby girl and cradled her high in the air. “People do cry, and they hand me things [on tour]- I was NOT surprised to be handed this beautiful little baby,” he wrote in the video caption.

Tea for Two

There’s always time for tea! Shortly after Tiana turned 4, The Rock shared a heartwarming video of him seated at a tiny tea table with his daughter while he reflected on the importance of enjoying fleeting moments with your child. “Man, these daddy/daughter/bunny tea parties have a special way of kinda putting life into real perspective. My “why” becomes even more clear. She just turned 4 and probably won’t remember this, but I sure will,” he wrote.

“Daddy Close Your Eyes”

Lipstick wasn’t the first and certainly won’t be the last thing The Rock has smeared on his face by his daughters. In a special edition of “his little tornado’s favorite game, ‘Daddy Close Your Eyes,’” the Fast and Furious star ends up with a face full of peanut butter as Jasmine triumphantly squeals in the background. In another iteration of ‘Daddy Close Your Eyes,’ The Rock takes a groin shot before joking, “I’ll pay the price every time to get belly laughs and little giggles like this.”
