Pregnancy and early parenting are filled with magical moments, cherished memories and some “learning experiences,” to say the least. Whether you are looking for a place to occasionally vent, a treasure chest for sweet memories or a day-to-day chronicle of your best and toughest moments, you’ve probably considered starting a journal during pregnancy. To help moms begin this exciting journaling journey, The Bump App has introduced a new Journal feature.

Exclusively available in The Bump App, parents can find the new tool on their main home screen below the Week by Week highlights and above the Planner+. Simply click into the Journal, select New Entry, choose a date and time and start typing. From hearing baby’s heartbeat for the first time to witnessing their first steps, you can document all your pregnancy and parenting memories and milestones in one place.

Once you are done with your entry, you can use the timeline view to revisit earlier entries and reflect upon your thoughts, feelings and past highs and lows. Through it all, hopefully, you can gain a greater sense of gratitude, hope and strength to navigate these momentous times.

Download The Bump App from the App Store and Google Play to start journaling today!
