Target Launches Exclusive Barbie Kids’ Collection
The new Barbie for Target collection calls for a shopping spree. The exclusive line features Barbie-inspired clothing and accessories in honor of the brand’s 60th anniversary.
Just in time for International Women’s Day next month, the collection is shaped by a fierce “Girl Power” theme, and includes graphic tees and fashions with messaging like “Girls Can Do Anything” and “Girls Can Change the World.”
"This collection is an opportunity for Barbie to connect with girls through fun fashion that also inspires an aspirational future,” says Janet Hsu, chief franchise management officer for Mattel. “Our aim is to reiterate and echo Barbie’s message ‘You Can Be Anything’ while playing into today’s most popular trends, effectively empowering girls to dream big and discover their own unique style.”
The Barbie line features eight super-cute styles, including watches, totes, T-shirts and more.
