Vanderpump Rules Alum Stassi Schroeder Welcomes Baby No. 2
Stassi Schroeder has welcomed another little one to the family!
The Vanderpump Rules alum and her husband Beau Clark, shared the happy news on September 10. “MESSER RHYS CLARK, born at 12:04 am on September 7th, 7 lbs 14 oz, 19.5 inches. We love him so much already, send prayers Hartford doesn’t terrorize him,” the couple joked in a joint Instagram post.
Schroeder and Clark’s baby boy will join big sister Hartford Rose, 2, to complete the adorable family of four. Fellow former Vanderpump cast member Kristen Doute shared that Messer already had something in common with his sister, a lucky number seven birth date. “I knew he was going to be born on the 7th. Just like his big sissy. I can’t wait to meet him! Love you guys so much,” she wrote in the comments.
Former castmates like Schena Shay and Lala Kent, as well as other friends and family members, sent their congratulations in the comments. “I’m so happy for y’all! I can’t wait to meet him,” wrote Vanderpump star Kate Maloney. Taste of Taylor podcast host Taylor Strecker excitedly added, “My God Son is here and he’s LITERALLY perfect.”
Stassi Schroeder Kicks Off Mommy Dearest Tour
Schroeder teased her first tour in three years in a Instagram video on March 9. “You know the feeling when you go to happy hour with one of your best friends, and you haven’t seen this friend in so long…like lots of life has gone on…like that happy hour where you are catching up on so much sh*t, that’s what this tour is going to be like! I am so excited,” she said.
“Yes, the Mommy Dearest tour because I may be a mom, but I am still edgy,“ she added. The former Vanderpump Rules star noted that she had been thinking about going on tour for over a year now and had even pushed off getting pregnant because she thought, “I can’t be pregnant and go on tour. And then I was like, ‘yes, I can, let’s do this sh*t,’” she said.
The expectant mom ended her video by encouraging fans to come out and see her as well as her husband Beau Clark and Taylor Strecker. “It’s going to be so fun,” she said before launching into a list of her first stops.
Fans can find more information and tickets for the tour at StassiSchroeder.com/TheMommyDearestTour. The event is branded as an interactive experience where you can “gasp at recent headlines during Pop Culture Hour live with Taylor Strecker, gush (slash commiserate) with Stassi and Beau about family life during The Good The Bad The Baby and get REAL advice about your relationship/friendship drama during a live Pour It Out segment!”
Stassi Schroeder Shares Her Pregnancy Journey
In a preview of her new Patreon podcast, The Good, The Bad and The Baby, the parents of 2-year-old Hartford Charlie Rose talked about life leading up to their having their second child and Schroeder’s pregnancy journey so far.
Unsurprisingly one of the biggest parts of her second pregnancy—mood swings. “I have been so moody and emotional. I have cried and yelled more than ever,” Schroeder said in the video. “Everything irks me, and everything bothers me. I need everyone to understand that I don’t have that much control over my emotions right now.”
The TV personality went on to humorously compare her pregnancy mood swings to the “dark passenger” in the drama series Dexter. “It feels very dark passenger-y, honestly. I haven’t dark passengered since 2020.”
Outside of her “dark passenger,” Schroeder went on to talk about pregnancy brain, losing her train of thought all the time, and how she felt about welcoming another member to the family. “We’re going to have KIDS. I have to worry about my children,” she exclaimed, teary-eyed. “Like what’s best for our daughter? What’s best for Hartford? Now we are going to say what’s best for our children.”
Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark Announce Their Expecting
The former Vanderpump Rules star and her husband initially shared their happy news on March 2 with a video on their @thegoodthebadthebaby account on Instagram. In the video, Schroeder and Clark revealed their sonogram photos, touted upcoming baby coverage on their podcast and Patreon account and joked that baby No. 2 was conceived in Vegas. “What’s the joke?” Beau asked. “Things that happen in Vegas don’t stay in Vegas?” Schroeder responded, “So cheesy and true!”
Schroeder and Clark got engaged in July 2019, with the proposal airing on the couple’s last season of Vanderpump Rules. They tied the knot a little over a year later in a small ceremony in October 2020.
Our congratulations to Schroeder and Clark on their new addition.
