New York Jets’ Randall Cobb and Wife Aiyda Are Expecting Baby No. 3
Cade and Caspian Cobb are getting a younger sibling!
NFL star Randall Cobb and Aiyda Cobb revealed they were expecting during an episode of the HBO Show Hard Knocks on August 22. The couple sat down with 3-year-old Cade and 5-year-old Cobb at a picnic table to share their big news. “Mommy has a surprise for you,” the New York Jets wide receiver said. “You know how we do the Cobb Mob before bed every night? How many hands are normally in?”
After one of his kids answers, “Four,” the athlete responds, “It’s going to be five real soon.”
“Why,” one of the boys asks, seemingly confused. “There’s going to be another hand in the Cobb Mob,” Randall adds. Aiyda then asks her little ones, “What do you keep asking me for, in my belly?” to which one responds, “A baby.”
“Guess what? There’s a…” but before Aiyda can finish, her son interjects, “Mama, I wanna have a baby in my belly too,” getting a laugh from his dad.
The soon-to-be parents of three met in 2011 and started dating in 2014 before tying the knot in 2017. Just months before their big baby announcement the veteran NFL player agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Jets, where he will once again play alongside his friend Aaron Rodgers.
