Football Star Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews Have Welcomed Baby
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his fiancée Brittany Matthews have welcomed their first child together.
The baby girl, named Sterling Skye Mahomes, was born on Saturday. The couple shared the news on social media earlier this week with a sweet image of Sterling holding her parents’ hands. The image also highlights Matthews’ nameplate necklace, which says Sterling.
The couple announced the pregnancy in September, revealing a month later that they were expecting a baby girl. Recently, Mahomes and Matthews also hosted what many are calling a Bridgerton-esque pregnancy shoot.
Images from the pregnancy shoot, which Matthews shared to her Instagram over the weekend, show her wearing a ruffled gown with lots of tulle, while Mahomes wears a sleek dark suit. “My King,” Matthews wrote simply in the caption.
A second set of photos shows a radiant and smiling Matthews with a pink backdrop. In the caption she wrote, “Ready to meet you baby girl.”
