Nabela Noor and Husband Seth Martin Welcome Second Baby Girl
YouTuber and self-love advocate Nabela Noor has officially welcomed her second baby girl!
The first-generation Bangladeshi-American entrepreneur, and her husband Seth Martin, shared the happy news over the weekend. “Our baby girl is here. #pocketsofpeace,” she simply titled the Instagram Reel, which provided an inside look at her birth journey.
Along with her announcement, Noor opened up about her first few days postpartum and the difficult time she had spending time away from her little one as she was treated in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
“There aren’t any words that fully can describe what it’s like being a NICU mama, but this video is the closest I could get,” she wrote. “Whether it’s a few days or a few months, my heart goes out to every parent spending even a single moment without their baby. It’s a unique kind of sadness, where it’s often tough to remember the light at the end of the tunnel. But there is a light and i pray it shines on you soon.”
Shortly after sharing her NICU experience, the new mom was able to finally introduce her oldest daughter Amalia to her little sister. She captioned the emotional video, “A sentence i never thought i’d be able to say: Here’s a video of my DAUGHTERS meeting for the first time.”
The home, wellness and lifestyle influencer originally shared the good news that she was expecting in an Instagram post on November 25. “Nine years ago, on Thanksgiving day, my parents finally accepted our love and gave us their blessing. Eight years later, we were blessed with our rainbow baby after six years of infertility. And today, we celebrate our first Thanksgiving with Amalia as a family of three and a future family of four,” Noor wrote.
Alongside the joyful photo featuring her holding her sonogram and husband Seth Martin cradling her daughter Amalia Rana Noor she also added that she was “Truly and forever thankful,” and that baby Martin No. 2 would be arriving June 2023.
In an interview with People the author detailed her long journey to becoming a parent and her wish that other parents would find hope in her story. “Last year we were blessed with our rainbow baby after 6 years of infertility. Never in our wildest dreams did I think that today I would not only have my miracle baby in my arms, but another one growing in my belly. Our babies will forever be our reminder of the power of hope and prayer,” Noor told the outlet.
“If you are struggling in your journey towards starting a family, don’t lose hope. I hope our story inspires you to keep believing in miracles,” she added.
Ahead of welcoming her 8-month-old daughter Amalia Rana, Noor also told People that she and Martin had been trying to conceive for more than six years when they learned they were expecting their first baby following a miscarriage earlier in the year.
“This is our rainbow baby after our very public, devastating miscarriage,” she said at the time. “This miracle pregnancy came just a little over two and a half weeks after our miscarriage as a complete and total surprise and miracle. Our rainbow baby came to us when we were in the middle of our deepest storm and completely took us by surprise.”
The happy couple met the Noor family’s restaurant and fell in love. Despite initial resistance from her family, who were insistent on a traditional arranged marriage, they eventually were given the family’s blessing and married in 2015.
Our congratulations to the Martins on their new addition!
