“I just want to make sure I’m not too blunt for my baby boy,” she said, seemingly revealing her baby’s sex. “I don’t want to be too like ‘what’s up’ (because) sometimes I can be a little too ‘tell it like it is,” she added.
The mom-to-be went on to share that her baby would either be a Pisces or Aries, narrowing down her delivery window to be between February 19 and April 19.
The former Disney Channel star’s fans immediately took to Twitter to discuss Palmer’s slip and celebrate her baby boy.

Palmer first revealed that she was expecting a baby with boyfriend Darius Jackson during her Saturday Night Live hosting debut. “There’s some rumors going around, people have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby, Keke’s pregnant,’ and I wanna set the record straight — I am!” Palmer exclaimed, ripping open her suit jacket to reveal her growing baby bump on the Studio 8H stage.
“I gotta say, though, it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you y’all, but it’s even worse when they’re correct. I mean, like, I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low, cause I got a lot of stuff going on, you know?” she continued. “… But honestly this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited. Guys, I’m going to be a mom.”
