R&B Artist Kali Uchis and Don Toliver Welcome First Baby Together

Kali Uchis is officially a mother!

The Moonlight singer and her boyfriend, Don Toliver, announced the arrival of their first child on Instagram on March 14. “You are everything we could have hoped for and more. Thank you God for our beautiful healthy baby boy, and thank you all for the good energy along the way. May our home and your homes forever be blessed with peace, happiness and health,” Uchis captioned the video montage of her and Toliver’s first moments with their son. The couple has yet to release additional details about their son, including his name and birth date.

Uchis and Toliver first shared the news that they were expecting on January 11. “Starting our family. Don’t take too long to get here little pooks, mom & dad can’t wait to share our life with you,” the couple captioned their post to Instagram.

In the heartfelt video, Uchis and Toliver celebrate their journey to parenthood with short videos featuring Uchis’ growing bump. Interspersed in the montage is footage of both artists as kids, playing at the beach and enjoying bathtime.

Fellow artists, friends and fans rushed to the comments to send their love and congratulations. “CONGRATULATIONS MOMMY!!! So beautiful 🥹🙌🏾✨🤎 get ready for the best years of your life,” wrote singer Victoria Monét. “Yayy!!! congratulations beautiful,” added new mom Halle Bailey. “i knew it i knew it i knew it but i didn’t expect this to come so FAST,” noted a fan.

The R&B star and rapper began dating in 2020 and have collaborated on several projects including the song Fantasy.
