Gwen Stefani is officially a mama for the third time! Gwen and her rocker husband, Gavin Rossdale, welcomed their third son into the world on Friday — and similar to their other son’s amazing names, the couple didn’t hold back when naming baby number three. Gavin announced the baby’s name in a tweet.
“Welcome Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale 2/28/14,” Rossdale announced via Twitter. “Bowie and Flynn = [our] mothers’maiden names.” Gwen has always been the reigning queen of cool, so we love the idea of the couple combing their mother’s maiden names to give Apollo’s name legacy and history.
Apollo joins older brothers Zuma Nesta Rock, five-years-old, and Kingston James McGregor, seven-years-old.
