Frida Mom Is Launching New Products to Help With C-Section Recovery
C-sections are among the most common surgeries performed in America, and the recovery process can be long and painful. To help, Frida Mom is launching a new line of products to help new moms as they move through their c-section recoveries.
The line was created by Frida founder Chelsea Hirschhorn after she saw a gap in the market. Hirschhorn, who is a mom to three and due soon with her fourth, wanted to create a line of c-section recovery products that was accessible to all. Starting April 27, the brand is releasing their new C-Section Recovery Kit, which gives your post-op body the attention it needs and deserves.
The kit includes:
- C-Section Recovery Band: Protects incisions from all sides and provides hot and cold therapy to soothe mom’s back and belly.
- Silicone Scar Patches: Helps improve the look and feel of the c-section scar (if that’s what the new mom desires). These are dermatologist tested and recommended.
- Abdominal Support Binder: Has three adjustable straps that provide compression and support where you need it as you start to move around.
- C-Section Disposable Underwear: Provides full coverage, including for the incision, and is soft, seamless and breathable.
The products are available for purchase in the kit or individually. Frida Mom also unveiled a new pregnancy products, including the Keep-Cool Pregnancy Pillow and Pain + Strain Relief Tape, both of which are available now.
