Mother’s Day is around the corner and, this year more than ever, moms deserve to be celebrated. With the ongoing pandemic, a lot has been thrown moms’ way, from balancing work without childcare, parenting 24/7, trying to manage the family’s collective schedule in this new normal—it’s just a lot. Now, one company wants to help moms take a few minutes for themselves to unwind and celebrate themselves and all moms around the world.

Expectful is a pregnancy meditation app that offers meditations curated by experts. In honor of Mother’s Day 2020, they have released a new bedtime sleep story to help moms rest easy (even if it’s just for a few minutes).

The 17-minute sleep story centers around an ancient goddess, known as the Mother Goddess, and invites you to explore a different, magical land as you drift off to sleep. So what are you waiting for? Next time you’re going to sleep, find some time to crawl into bed a little early and check out the story for some well-deserved relaxation and self-celebration.
