We’re less than three full weeks into 2013 and it’s already shaping up to be quite the Hollywood baby boom!
News broke today that Evan Rachel Wood is expecting her first child with her husband, Jamie Bell!
The happy couple married on October 30th, and Evan broke the news to the world via Twitter (Duh, because are celebrities really even_ using_ their reps these days?).
She tweeted, “Remember when I said, ‘No baby on the way here’ — Well, I didnt actually know there was!” Guys! This is so cute! Can’t you just feel her excitement? The mama-to-be even included a photo of the book, What to Expect When You’re Expecting. Even though she’s a first time mama, looks like Evan, 25, is totally ahead of the game, catching up on all the need-to-know details about pregnancy and the incredible 9-months that await her! We can’t wait 'til she debuts her adorable bump!
Her rep confirmed the couple’s very happy (and surprising!) news, saying “The couple is thrilled.” And the very, very excited artist added a few follow-up tweets for fans and well-wishers, saying “Thanks for all your warm wishes. We are very happy. I’m gonna be a mama!” Yeah!
She added that her song of the day is “Sweet Child of Mine” and hash-tagged #gunsandroses. Um, who’s willing to bet this baby, be it boy or girl, will have a name inspired by rockers? We do! Or maybe she’ll skip rockers altogether and opt for something unique and out-of-the-box. Whatever it is, we’re going to LOVE it.
