A couple is looking for a nanny who can fill all the usual requirements—school pickups, meal prep and the occasional bedtime story. There’s just one minor detail. The individual must become a real-life Disney princess.

“I have a slightly unusual request that I’m hoping someone will be able to help me with,” a parent wrote on a UK childcare job posting site. “Myself and my husband are looking for a part-time nanny to care for our twin girls during the week, but we want to hire someone to look after our children whilst in character as a different Disney princess every month…”

Sure, it sounds like a bizarre request, but hear them out for a second. The couple listed a bit more background about the 5-year-old twin girls, explaining they’re both obsessed with Disney. The parents’ hope is for the Disney princess slash nanny to lead by example, and teach their daughters things like determination, compassion, bravery and female empowerment, much like Princesses Tiana, Anna, Belle and Cinderella portray.

“We are looking for someone who can commit to a character and create a really fun atmosphere in our home, but also won’t be afraid to be a disciplinarian if the twins are naughty or act out—they can be little terrors at times,” the parent admits. “The right person will have a real creative flare as well as a passion for all things Disney and will be able to share that love of those characters with our girls.”

Not sold yet? The family is offering £40,000 (about $52,000) to the right candidate. They’ll cover the cost of the costumes and offer 25 vacation days plus bank holidays and sick days.

You don’t see a caregiver posting like this one every day. Needless to say, the candidates will have pretty big shoes, or rather crowns, to fill.
