Ciara Welcomes Baby No. 4 With Russell Wilson

1,2 Step singer and R&B icon Ciara has welcomed another little one to the family!

The Goodies artist and her husband, Russell Wilson of NFL fame, shared the arrival of their daughter on Instagram on December 11. “Amora Princess Wilson, 9lbs 1oz. We Love You so much,” the couple captioned a photo of their newborn in a black onesie and matching hat.

Amora, typically a girl’s name of Spanish origin, means “love.” A notable character from Marvel Comics, The Enchantress, is named Amora and is one of the most revered antagonists of Thor. The name Amora has grown rapidly in popularity since 2001 and is currently one of the top 1,000 most popular names in the US.

Popular celebrities joined friends and fans in welcoming the new baby girl. “Omg i love her already,” wrote tennis legend and entrepreneur Serena Williams. Oprah added, “Gorgeous baby! Gorgeous mama! Congratulations.” Others like Jennifer Hudson and Ludacris sent their congratulations and well wishes.

Ciara first revealed the exciting news in a video shot by her husband and Denver Broncos quarterback on the couple’s recent anniversary trip to Japan. In the video, Ciara gracefully dances in front of a pool to her new song How We Roll with her bump silhouetted in the light and the city behind her. Featuring lyrics from the song, Ciara captioned the video, "You look at me like that again, we make another kid… You my heart I’m your rib.”

Wilson and Ciara already share 3-year-old son Win, and 6-year-old daughter Sienna Princess. Ciara is also a mom to 9-year-old Future Zahir, who she shares with rapper Future.

“Ciara has been working and traveling all through her pregnancy. She shot the How We Roll video while pregnant. She was dancing on set all day long for a full day’s shoot,” a source told People, adding that the expectant mom shot a music video at 9 months during her last pregnancy with son Win.

“It’s astonishing how much energy she has when she’s pregnant. She’s one of those mothers who has energy throughout her whole pregnancy. She always calls her life organized chaos — but it’s organized chaos taking it up another notch,” the insider added. “She loves being a mother so this is what she loves doing. This is what she has always wanted, and Russ too. They’ve always wanted a lot of kids.”
