You know recovering from labor and delivery isn’t going to be a walk in the park. And chances are you’ve been warned about that first post-delivery poop. But did you know there are products designed to help you clean and heal down there during the postpartum period? If not, Chrissy Teigen is here to put them on your radar.

They’re called perineal irrigation bottles—or peri bottles, for short—and they allow you to squirt water rather than use toilet paper (which can feel like sandpaper right after birth) to clean up after going to the bathroom. Fridababy makes a popular version, called the Fridet MomWasher, and they sent Chrissy Teigen her own customized version.

Teigen, who just welcomed her second baby, shared a snapshot of her new personal MomWasher on Instagram Stories.

TRUE.

While you can’t actually buy the Chrissy Teigen version of the MomWasher, the original is available for $16 at Target. It’s one of a few postbirth essentials you’ll definitely want to consider.
