While everyone was anticipating an oversized cohort of newborns to arrive after quarantine, the math definitely implies our favorite celebrities were getting busy way before that!
Below, we’ve rounded up some of the biggest names throughout pop culture that took to Instagram to announce the news of their growing families in 2020. (Honorable mention to the following new parents that don’t have an Instagram presence: Kristen Wiig, Boris Johnson, Donald Glover, and Michelle Williams.)

The actress and rockstar made the first celebrity birth announcement of the new year with the arrival of their first daughter, Raddix Madden, after five years of marriage. Although announced publicly on January 3rd, the notoriously tight-lipped couple has not shared Raddix’s actual date of birth.
Ashley Graham and Justin Ervin
The body-positive supermodel and her husband, Justin Ervin, welcomed their first son, Isaac, on January 18th and later made the news of his arrival public with a sweet Instagram announcement.
DJ Khaled and Nicole Tuck
The superstar music producer gave fans his signature “major key alert” when he announced his second son, Aalam, had been born on January 20th with his wife and partner of eleven years, Nicole.
