While it’s essential for new moms like Carrie to take care of themselves both during pregnancy and after giving birth, it’s often hard to find time to leave your baby’s side. Luckily, with Carrie’s latest workout routine, you won’t have to.
Earlier today, the actress and country music star shared a video of her workout with 9-month-old son Isaiah on Instagram. Underwood got her unique cardio fix for the day as she cradled her son to her chest while doing squats in printed leggings from her new fitness line, CALIA by Carrie.
“Sometimes we just have to make it work!” she captioned the photo, standing in solidarity with busy moms of the world. She also gave us some great parenting fitness hashtags to use in the future, such as #trainingwithbaby and #fitmom.
An hour into their workout, Carrie posted another Instagram photo with her muscle-man-in-training. Looks like Isaiah is a big fan of stretching!
