This Restaurant Chain Is Making Heart-Shaped Pizzas for Mother’s Day
California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is celebrating moms in a big on May 9 to 12 with the return of its beloved heart-shaped pizzas. Guests will be able to order any of their favorite CPK pizza pies, including fan-favorites like the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza, Thai Chicken Pizza or Spinach and Artichoke Pizza on heart-shaped crispy thin crust at no additional charge.
That’s not all. Satisfy your cravings as well as your hunger to give back. The restaurant chain will kickoff the return of its specialty pizza with a nationwide fundraiser on May 9 to benefit the March of Dimes. The organization is a champion in the fight for the health of moms and babies, and provides research, programs, education and advocacy for women and their newborns. All you have to do is mention the fundraiser to a server on the ninth, and CPK will donate 20 percent of the purchase to the nonprofit organization.
