It’s dreamy. It’s beachy. It’s very, very pink. It’s Barbie’s Malibu Dreamhouse. Barbie is celebrating her 60th anniversary in style—and now you can too. The iconic chateau is available to rent on Airbnb for a one-time two-night stay—for only $60 a night.
The three-story house, which accommodates up to four people, is just as picture-perfect as you would imagine, complete with ocean views, a pink slide from the balcony to the infinity pool, a home movie theater, a mediation terrace and a pink sports court. The closet is decked out in all of her clothes, so you can dress like her too! Living the dream life comes with even more added perks—including a glow-up makeover from celebrity hair stylist Jen Atkins (she works with the Kardasians), according to CNN.
Also joining the party? World-class fencing champion and Barbie role model Ibtihaj Muhammad to give fencing lessons. Plus, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour of the Columbia Memorial Space Centerfrom pilot and aerospace engineer Jill Meyers and feast on farm-fresh food from chef and founder of Malibu Seaside Chef, Gina Clarke-Helm, the outlet reports. (She’ll even give you a hands-on cooking lesson.) All this for $60 night? Talk about a dream come true.
Barbie fans are already planning their girls’ trip—sorry, Ken. One person tagged her friends on Instagram, writing, “oooooooooooh wow, need to go back to Malibu girls,” while another commented, “we obviously need to book a long weekend with our girls.” Pretty much everyone wishes this was a rental option year-round, as one person stated, “WHAT!!! Is this a one time thing?? They should have this on airbnb permanently!!!”
The rental will be available from October 27 to October 29, but you can’t book quite yet. It will go live on Airbnb on October 23 at 11 am PDT—so set your alarm!
