These Personalized Board Books Disguise Learning by Using Family Stories
You can never have too many board books for baby. And the newest line from Artifact Uprising gives parents the perfect excuse to keep stocking up their bookshelves. The brand new Baby Board Book gives parents the chance to create one-of-a-kind books that will help bring familiarity to learning.
“We wanted to create a board book that both parents and children would love—small and durable enough for tiny hands and beautiful enough to grace a shelf in your home,” says Emily Dubin, creative director at Artifact Uprising. “When my daughter was born four years ago, I looked high and low for a well-designed, custom board book and came up short, so we aimed to create what I’d been searching for. When designing the book, we wanted to make it easy for busy parents to create, so we included pre-set themes, simple layout options, and kid-friendly color palettes."
The personalized books add a special touch to storytime and are specifically designed with parents’ busy schedules in mind. You have the option to pick from pre-selected color palettes and three different themes to help get you started: People, Places and Thankful. Depending on which one you choose, you can then select your favorite photos that sum up those themes. A book with faces and names of all the important people in your kiddo’s life will help ensure beloved family members are always a part of storytime, no matter the distance. Or you can fill up your chunky book with snapshots of your family’s favorite spots, like vacation destinations, grandma’s house and other locations that bring you all to your happy place. A book full of images of everything you are grateful for in life will help teach your little one to appreciate the things that matter most. There’s also a fourth Custom option that allows you to think up your own board book theme—the sky’s the limit!
The board book is available in a 20-, 30- or 40-page count. Get started on your personalized book here.
