Apple Juice Sold at Walmart, Aldi and More Has Been Recalled
Fall is here, and with it, all the fun flavors, from your favorite pumpkin spice latte to your toddler’s must-have afternoon apple juice. But before you pour your little one another glass, you may need to check the label.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced the expansion of an apple juice recall that now encompasses over 140,000 cases of apple juice sold at grocery stores like Walmart and Aldi. The recall comes after apple juice manufactured by Refresco was found to have elevated arsenic levels above the FDA’s 10 parts per billion threshold.
From Great Value brands to the Nice! brand, the recalled apple juice bottles were shipped to retailers nationwide. The recalled items include:

No illnesses or hospitalizations have been reported yet in association with the recalled apple juice. That being said, parents are urged to throw out affected bottles.
