To no surprise at all, Amazon stepped in to keep our spirits’ bright, rolling out epic deals and promotions to help take the stress out of the season.

How to Make the Most of Amazon’s Holiday Promotions

From toys and trees to sweaters and shows, the e-commerce giant delivers all the essentials for a successful holiday season.

• Same-day delivery. Prime members in the US can choose from the more than 3 million items available to ship with free same-day delivery. And two-hour delivery from local Whole Foods Market stores is now available in more than 60 cities, making it even easier to plan your holiday dinner ideas.

• Christmas tree deliveries. For the first time, Amazon will deliver a variety of real trees, ranging from 10-inch to seven-foot styles. All fresh-cut trees are currently available for pre-order, allowing you to buy a tree now and have it delivered to your home as early as Black Friday.

• Gift guides galore. With deals in every department and four unique gift guides, you’ll be able to find something for everyone on your shopping list. Have kids build their wish lists using the expansive “A Holiday of Play” lookbook available on Kindle or online.

• Watch holiday classics. It’s A Wonderful Life is exclusively available on Prime Video, marking the first time the classic film is included in a subscription streaming service. Pro tip: Have tissues at the ready.

• Cooking tips using Alexa. Using the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line, just say “Alexa, open Butterball,” to tap into how-tos, tips and recipe inspiration. Yum!
