Zehra

Zehra is a feminine name of Arabic and Persian origin. It is a variation of the traditional Arabic name Zahra, with both spellings translating to a bevvy of shining compliments. A few of these include “beautiful,” “bright,” and “brilliant!” In the Qur'an, Zehra’s fame can be contributed in part to Fatimah, also known as al-Zahrā. the daughter of the Prophet Muhammad. To this day, Zehra or Zahra is commonly used as an idiom for a “flower of the world.”
