Tesla

Tesla is a gender-neutral name of Slavic origin, meaning “of the axe” or “harvester,” likely to fit any little lumberjack with love for the earth. While most motorheads may know Tesla from the American vehicle manufacturer Tesla, Tesla was also the surname of 18th-century engineer Nikola Tesla, whose electrical discoveries have had a lasting impact on the tech we use today. From the Tesla coil to the radio, the world wouldn’t have TV sets or wireless media transmission without that triumphant trailblazer of a “T” name.
