Rom Chang

Rom Chang is a feminine name of Cambodian origin. It means "water flower," and could refer to any number of gorgeous plants that grow in water. Blooms such as the lotus, water hyacinth, water lily, and even water mimosa are lovely flowers that grow in Cambodia. It can't be proven, but maybe even one of these water flowers was the direct inspiration for the name, making it an inspiration for baby Rom Chang, too!
