Pandorah
p(a)-ndo-rah,
pan-dorah
Origin:Greek
Meaning:All gifts
Meaning "all gifts," Pandorah is a variant of Pandora, the first mortal woman in Greek mythology. As the story goes, according to Zeus' instructions, Pandora was the first human woman created by Hephaestus. Each of the gods came together to offer her a unique gift, creating a "beautiful evil" that would, in theory, torment the human race. These gifts were placed in a box that Pandora opened, releasing all of the evils on humanity alongside the optimistic gift of hope. Baby Pandorah can channel that beautiful gift of hope while avoiding the temptation of any boxes marked "do not open."
