Nilsina

Nilsina is a feminine name in Scandinavian languages that was created as a lyrical form of Nils. Nilsina may not look it, but it’s actually a more recent variant of the Ancient Greek Nīkólāos, or Nicholas. Nilsina adopts the meaning “victory of the people” from the elements nī́kē and lāós, speaking to the value of community and being there for one another.
