Naylor

The name Naylor has been around in England since the 10th century and was originally borne by people who made nails, hence its meaning of “maker of nails.” Since then, it has traveled further afield, such as in Ireland in the 17th century, Germany, the US, and Canada. Naylor is mostly masculine, and although unique, it sounds quite familiar, thanks to its more popular relative, Taylor.
