Without actually knowing what this name means, it sounds like fun and is deeply unique. However, what you might not know about the famous name from the Harry Potter series, is that this name packs a punch. Meaning "poor quality tobacco", or in some cases "bad-smelling tobacco", this name tends to leave a bad taste in the mouth.
