Maryette

Maryette has an old-style feel to it, almost as if it is straight out of a period drama. You can almost imagine the protagonist bearing the title. It is an American variation of the name Mariette, which in turn links back to Mary. Mary has two distinct meanings and origins, the first being Hebrew, meaning “sea of bitterness” and “rebelliousness.” There is also evidence that Mary could have Egyptian roots from the term mry, meaning “beloved.” Maryette is a timeless classic that will never go out of style.
