Kendria

Kendria is an alternative take on the feminine Kendra that does little to stifle the name's impressive attributes. Thought to stem from the Old English Cēnerīc, Kendria inherits the elements cēne, "keen," and rīc, meaning "power." Yet there is much to suggest Kendria could lay claim to Welsh roots and even more potency. As a variant of Kendrick, Kendria can thank the old Welsh name Cynwrig for the meaning "wise ruler," or better still, "greatest champion." Whether wise or keen, Kendria is destined to be a winner in the eyes of many.
