Hallen

Hallen is a riveting, razor-sharp boy’s name of Swedish and English origin. Taken from the Old Swedish word häll and the Old English expression hall, Hallen means “stone” or “stony.” And although Hallen has a rocky feel and a European flavor to it, it’s a pretty common family name in the US, too. Former American footballer Bob Hallen, who played for the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl XXXIII, is one of its famous bearers.
