Fionuala

Deeply rooted in Irish mythology and lore, Fionuala is a name that carries a deep history. A subtle alternative to Fionnuala, the title means “fair shoulder” composed of the elements fionn, meaning “fair,” and guala, meaning “shoulder.” Finnguala was a character in the Children of Lir and a member of the Tuatha De Danann, an ancient tribe of gods considered the principal deities in pre-Christian Ireland. Fionuala is a common name on the island however, its reach has yet to spread, making it a rare jewel.
