Erlend

You're sure to be no stranger to pure joy once your little one arrives! Of old Norse origin and typically masculine, Erlend means "stranger." Movie buffs might recognize the elegant moniker from Swedish author and actor Erland Josephson, who is best known for his work in films directed by Andrei Tarkovsky and Ingmar Bergman. It is also a form of Earland, which means "earl's land" or "foreigner."
