Delios

Delios is a boy’s name of Greek origin. Meaning “from Delos,” Delios is considered a place name that refers to the sacred island of Delos. This Greek isle can be found in the Aegan Sea, as part of the Cyclades archipelago, and has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since the 1990s. According to Greek mythology, the gods Apollo and Artemis were born on this island. Apollo is the god of healing, music, medicine, and archery; and Artemis is a goddess of nature, vegetation, and childbirth.
