Bamby

Bamby is a variant of the Italian girl’s name Bambi. Short for Bambina, Bambi means “young girl” and is often used as a pet name. Outside of Italy, it’s most commonly associated with the adorable baby deer from the Disney movie of the same name. This cute, quirky name was quite popular from the 1950s through to the mid-80s, almost reaching the top 1000 names, but then declined in use.
