One piece of advice that I’ve learned from The Bump is how important it is to tell parents that they are doing great. Everyone is on their own journey, so enjoy the ride.
Role at The Bump:
At The Bump, Nicole tries to help parents build a deeper connection with their favorite names as she researches and writes meaningful descriptions for them to read. Through her name descriptions, she aims to invoke a spark within and a bright smile as parents discover their future baby's name.
Education History:
At the National University of Ireland Galway, Nicole graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, English, and Film Studies. With her degree, she also had the opportunity to study audiovisual communication at CEU Valencia in Spain for a year. Other qualifications she possesses include certificates in Conversational ISL and a Passport to Production.
Career Experience:
Prior to working on The Bump, Nicole wrote content for vendors at The Knot and WeddingWire. This experience allowed her to develop the writing, researching, and self-editing skills she uses on a daily basis at The Bump. Although Nicole has a passion for writing, she also loves connecting with people through other forms of media, such as film and radio. Before joining the TKWW team, she worked on a few radio stations and an award-nominated film.
