Meet Our Hosts

Jen Hayes Lee is a visionary content leader, brand builder and passionate advocate for families. As Head of Marketing and Content at The Bump, she leads editorial and community initiatives that center around inclusive storytelling and empower parents through every stage of the journey.

Jen is also the founder of Bestow, a modern lifestyle brand offering everyday luxuries—most notably her signature gold hoops. Her debut children’s book, The Golden Hoops (HarperCollins, September 2025), is an inspiring tribute to identity, belonging and the beauty of sharing your gifts with the world.

A proud New Orleanian and graduate of Emory University (BBA) and NYU (MBA), Jen now lives in New Jersey, where she heroically represents 100 percent of the household’s female population as a wife and mom to three wildly energetic boys.

Sasha Smith is a creative thinker with a passion for social media and marketing. As the Sr. Brand Development Manager for The Bump, she oversees all organic and paid social media channels along with the development of video channel strategies to bring The Bump’s content into the future. While not yet a parent herself, she has found a true love for helping parents and parents-to-be through the guidance, support and empowerment that The Bump offers its inclusive community.

Sasha brings her experience as an influencer to her role, with over 22,000 followers and brand collaborations such as Dermalogica, Target, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder and Lancome, among others. A true multi-hyphenate, she has also spent time as an actor, model and signed recording artist in Malaysia, where her debut single reached #1 on Hitz FM with over five million YouTube views.

Sasha has been featured in Orlando Voyager, Amazon Live, Hitz FM, Asia Fashion Week, Spotify, Asian Pop Radio, Itunes, TV3 and countless social media videos.
